Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Stamullen, Co. Meath, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for a permanent night shift (Thu–Sat, 7pm–7am). You will lead a team of warehouse operatives on the shift to support production and warehouse operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring safe practices, managing day-to-day events, and maintaining accurate stock movement on the WMS. Experience in a busy warehouse, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a busy warehouse.
• 1-3 years in a supervisory/people management role.
• Proven track record of delivering results through leadership or problem solving.
• Ability to follow clear goals and communicate progress to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Flexibility to work across shifts on request.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse operatives on shift to support production and warehouse operations.
• Ensure safe work practices and report near misses to EHS.
• Manage day-to-day events and planning in the warehouse.
• Ensure stock movements are entered and up to date on the WMS.
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping.
• Ensure goods in and dispatch are processed in a timely manner per SOPs.
• Complete and update training for warehouse staff.
• Communicate information to relevant departments.
