Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Stamullen, Co. Meath, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a night shift (Thursday to Saturday, 7pm–7am). You will handle machine changes, breakdowns, and planned maintenance to ensure GMP compliance and production targets are met.

The role requires multi-skilled capability across electrical and mechanical systems and strong problem-solving ability. Essential qualifications include an Advanced Certificate (Craft-level 6 NFQ) or engineering degree with at least 4 years’

Qualifications

• Advanced technical certificate or engineering degree with hands-on maintenance skills.
• At least 4 years’ experience in a maintenance role within a regulated environment.
• Proven track record of delivering results through practical problem solving and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices and maintain clean, compliant maintenance areas.
• Perform machine changeovers, respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to root cause and implement fixes.
• Plan and execute engineering improvements, including validations and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify and implement continuous improvement.
