Job summary

Greystar in Ireland is seeking a night/24-hour operations role to ensure a seamless transition between day and night community operations, delivering exceptional service and maintaining safety standards across the property.

The role includes reception, admin tasks, and guest services, with a base salary starting from €34,600 depending on experience and potential on-site bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid general education with written and numerical proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service experience in accommodation, hospitality, leisure, or reservations/membership.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail; adaptable to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 resident experience with outstanding customer service and safety.
• Handle reception, administration and key management including lockouts.
• Follow guest procedures and out-of-hours check-in/out policies.
• Assist in occupancy management through bookings and handovers for the next day.
• Support social events and resident engagement to aid retention.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and reporting of maintenance issues.
