Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor semi-automated and automated equipment.
• Carry out routine manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes.
• Perform precise, dexterity-based assembly tasks and maintain consistent output.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure product quality.
• Complete packaging, labelling, material movement, and required data entry.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, batch records, and cleanroom protocols with accurate documentation.
• Report deviations, defects, or safety concerns and support quality and yield targets.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture.
• Achieve competency within training timelines and meet output and quality KPIs.
• Demonstrate reliability, accuracy, and adherence to standardized processes.
