Job summary

Castleknock Hotel in Dublin 15 is recruiting an Experienced Night Auditor/Receptionist with a passion for their job, and a good working knowledge of Opera. You will be part of a busy Night Reception team in a large hotel and must be available to work all days of the week.

This is a Full-Time position. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy night hotel reception, be skilled with the Opera system, and be capable of delivering outstanding customer service while remaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy night hotel reception role, preferably in a 4-star hotel.
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain high attention to detail.
• Be flexible with working hours and weekends, with ability to work early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

• Provide night audit and reception coverage as part of a busy team.
• Deliver excellent guest service and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Assist with late shifts and nightly duties in the hotel operations.

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Night Auditor/Receptionist with a passion for their job, and a good working knowledge of Opera. Candidates must have a proven track record working as part of a busy Night Reception team in a large Hotel and must be available to work all days of the week. We are looking for Full-Time candidates.

What we require from our applicants:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a busy night Hotel Reception role, preferably in a 4star Hotel
• Responsible of duties on evening and night shifts
• Good knowledge of Opera System
• Supporting late shifts with daily duties and night audits
• The ability to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service
• Excellent attention to detail & a high level of knowledge of Opera
• The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
• Be committed to the team and the Hotel industry
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
