Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Trim seeks a Front of House team member for a permanent, full-time position at Trim Castle. You will support conference and private dining setups, service food and beverages including night-time room service, and maintain public areas to a high standard.

Applicants should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, and have permission to work in Ireland. Experience in a 4-star hotel is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must have permission to work in Ireland / hold a valid work permit or/any other document required
• Experience in a similar role in a 4 star Hotel desirable
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Set up/break down of conference and private dining rooms
• Preparation & service of food and beverage to guests including room service between 11pm - 7am
• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness of all public areas
• To assist the Night Manager in dealing with requests and queries from guests
• To assist the Night Manager with Night Audits
• To carry out nightly security checks/fire walks of the property
• Any other reasonable request by Management
