Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours and maintain the highest level of guest service. You will manage front desk tasks, supervise the night porter, and support F&B service at night.

This role requires previous hotel reception or night-shift experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to lead by example in a team environment. Dalata promotes from within and offers development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous Nights or hotel reception experience is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer/guest-facing position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Guest relations.
• Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties, e.g. first aid.
• Perform front office duties, including running the night audit report and checking in/out guests.
• Supervising the night porter.
• Food & Beverage service at night.
• Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standard.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel.
