Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is hiring a hotel operations associate to support guest services and cleaning across the property. You will check in/out guests, assist with luggage, and help maintain lobby and public areas. You’ll also help set up meeting rooms and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Training is provided through our Dalata Academy with opportunities to grow within the group. A friendly team environment and staff benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with customers.
• Good spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to work in a busy environment.
• Be a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out hotel guests as required, and assist with guest requests related to luggage/porterage.
• Responsible for cleaning areas in the hotel, including lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floor, and public and staff areas.
• Clean other areas as directed by the manager on duty and per the nightly checklist, including setup of function rooms or breakfast area.
• Maintain the front entrance and exterior of the hotel, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.
• Understand the hotel's fire procedures to ensure safety of staff and guests.
• Set up meeting rooms.
