Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc in Ireland is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the smooth operation of the hotel at night and deliver the highest level of customer service.

You will handle night audits, front office duties, and night-time F&B service, while leading the Night team and supporting internal development through the Dalata Academy.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure.
• Experience in 3/4-star hotels is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient night operation with high service level.
• Oversee health and safety at night, including fire walks and security checks.
• Perform Front Office duties: run night audit, check-in/out guests.
• Provide food & beverage service at night.
• Tidy lobby and meeting rooms.
• Lead the Night team to meet goals on audits and hospitality standards.
• Develop Night team for next career steps.
• Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.

Your Job:

• Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties, e.g. first aid
• Perform Front Office duties, including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out out guests
• Food & Beverage service at night.
• Clean the hotel lobby and meeting room area.
• Lead the team to achieve goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
• Lead and develop the Night team, making sure that they become prepared for the next step in their career.
• Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.
