Job summary

Talbot Hotel Midleton, part of the Talbot Collection, is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead the hotel during night hours and ensure exceptional guest service across all areas, including conferences and public spaces.

You will manage the night shift, coordinate with the front office to meet guest requirements, and perform safety checks in line with SOPs while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hotel role is essential.
• Flexibility for shift work and weekend duties.
• Strong guest service focus and leadership abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the night shift and rosters to ensure coverage.
• Act as Duty Manager during the night period.
• Ensure SOPs and safety checks are completed.
• Liaise with front office on guest requirements.
• Address guest complaints and report to the GM.
