Job summary

Hilton Dublin is seeking a Night Manager to lead the Front Office Night Team in Charlemont Place, Dublin 2. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out and oversee nightly operations.

Key duties include supervising the night team, managing guest relations, maximizing occupancy at best rates, and training the Night Team to uphold Hilton standards while adhering to security and cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in Front Office or similar roles.
• Competent level of IT proficiency and familiarity with hotel systems.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Positive attitude and good communication, with teamwork focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Nights operation to maintain high standards.
• Assist Front of House Manager to evaluate guest satisfaction and trends.
• Serve as a point of contact for regular and important guests.
• Maximize room occupancy at best rates and promote services.
• Understand and apply hotel credit policies for currencies, cards and cash.
• Follow security and emergency procedures when required.
• Compile handover to the night team.
• Attend training courses and assist with training and development.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services and policies.
• Ensure proper use of front of house equipment and PMS.
• Conduct Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks.
• Maintain awareness of all hotel areas.
