Job summary

Dean Group in Dublin is seeking a Night Receptionist to join The Dean Dublin Centre. You will deliver exceptional guest service during the night shift, assist with late check-ins, and support security and housekeeping as part of a busy hotel team.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently overnight. This is a full-time, on-site position with staff discounts and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, security, or guest service is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently overnight.
• Full-time position with flexibility for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with late check-ins, luggage handling, and room service support.
• Provide directions about hotel facilities and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Carry out security patrols and report emergencies or maintenance issues.
• Perform light housekeeping in public areas and support the maintenance team.
• Set up, reset, and assist with event spaces and meeting rooms for next day.
• Maintain clear records and hand over tasks to the morning team.
