Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.

• 1–2 years in a similar role at a similar-sized property.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Safety and security of the hotel and guests.
• Check in/out guests and assist with luggage.
• Maintain cleanliness across all hotel areas.
• Set up function rooms and breakfast areas as directed.
• Manage front entrance cleanliness and outside areas.
• Understand and follow fire procedures.
• Prioritize guest requests with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and confidentiality.
