Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the hotel's nightly operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction through the late hours.

You will perform front office duties, run the night audit, handle safety checks, lead the night team, and contribute to the hotel's strategic running while developing through the Dalata Academy. This role emphasizes guest care, accuracy, teamwork and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in a 3/4-star hotel is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and ensure highest level of customer service.
• Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks and security checks.
• Perform Front Office duties, including running the night audit report and check-in/check-out of guests.
• Food & Beverage service at night.
• Clean the hotel lobby and meeting room area.
• Lead the team to achieve goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
• Lead and develop the Night team, preparing them for next career steps.
• Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.
