Gallagher Ireland is seeking a New Business Sales Executive in Dublin to help customers understand cover options and secure suitable personal lines policies. You will build relationships, handle inquiries, and work with insurer partners to deliver value and peace of mind.

Qualifications

• APA or CIP qualification is required.

• Build relationships with prospective customers through inbound, outbound and online enquiries.
• Understand each customer's circumstances and insurance requirements.
• Provide guidance on personal lines insurance products and services.

How You'll Make An Impact

As a New Business Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking for insurance solutions, helping them understand their options and choose cover that's right for them. You'll:

• Build relationships with prospective customers through inbound, outbound and online enquiries.
• Take the time to understand each customer's circumstances and insurance requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on a range of personal lines insurance products and services.
• Prepare tailored quotations and recommendations that deliver value and peace of mind.
• Manage your sales pipeline effectively, identifying opportunities and converting enquiries into business.
• Work towards individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues and insurer partners to secure the best outcomes for customers.

About You

• APA or CIP qualified.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Experienced in personal lines insurance, sales, customer service or retention roles.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and earning trust.
• Commercially minded, with the drive to achieve goals and identify opportunities.
• Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities effectively.
• Positive, proactive and motivated by helping customers find the right solution.
• Committed to maintaining professional standards and regulatory requirements.
