Develop and manage specific customer accounts to optimise sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires effective use of The Company systems to deliver excellent service both internally and externally. The NAM will collaborate with supporting departments to enhance order fulfilment, protect existing sales, and drive new business growth

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
- Revenue & Profitability: Meet or exceed sales revenue and profitability goals for assigned customers
- Forecasting & Planning: Accurately forecast product requirements by working closely with supply chain teams and keeping projections updated - Realtime guidance updates
- Account Ownership: Take full responsibility for all account management activities to deliver the best of Company's products and services
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, positive relationships with customers to maximise sales and discover new opportunities
- Customer Experience Management: Ensure customer expectations are met and that the company delivers an exceptional experience. Full utilisation and ownership of the HUB for BURs task updates
- Project Management: Manage project handling including Gate 0 approvals and ensure detailed project documentation is maintained through the HUB
- Pricing & Quotations: Handle pricing requests, prepare formal quotations with finance support, and manage credit risk and debtor oversight
- Sample Management: Coordinate sample requests with the sales administrator to ensure timely delivery
- Sales Reviews & Communication: Prepare quarterly sales reviews and manage regular communication with customers regarding future sales and projects
- New Product Development: Liaise with the NPD team to ensure new products and packaging meet customer needs. Ownership and updates on the HUB for all projects generated
- Business Development: Build relationships with agreed prospective clients to create new business opportunities aligned to Sales Growth Strategy
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory for aligned customer remit closely managing bespoke finished goods and raw materials agreements, including handling leftover stock

Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience:
- At least five years' experience as an Account Manager or similar role within the FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of FMCG business practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Both a strong team player and able to work independently
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may be considered, based on relevant experience, training, or voluntary work
