Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is assisting a leading multisite organisation in North Dublin to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner. This newly created role offers a genuine business partnering opportunity within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

You will work closely with senior operational leaders to provide trusted advice across the employee lifecycle, lead strategic HR projects and change initiatives, and ensure the consistent application of HR policies.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR generalist/Business Partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and ER case handling.
• Experience across multisite organisations.
• Ability to influence at senior level.
• Commercially astute with mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders and managers across multiple sites.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, absence, conduct, grievance and disciplinary matters.
• Coach and support managers to build confidence in people management.
• Partner with the business on workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
• Support employee engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
• Use HR data to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects and organisational change.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment legislation.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver a comprehensive service.
