Job summary

Bupa Global in Dublin is seeking a Direct Sales Consultant to join the team and support international members with health insurance solutions. The role requires handling inquiries, presenting tailored products, and delivering a world-class customer experience in a fast-paced, regulatory-aware environment.

You will work in a hybrid setup (2 days in the office) and contribute to a high-volume sales and service operation, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes throughout the customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales with transferable skills.
• Fluency in English and a second European language preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and high-value contract management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent service from start to finish.
• Introducing tailored Bupa Global products and services to meet customer needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and actions in our customer database.
• Ensure product and service knowledge is always current and up to date to correctly educate intermediaries and consultatively sell products.
• Knowledgeable on the competitor activity and products.
• Using your sales and negotiation skills to assess customer needs and offer the right solutions.
