Job summary

Autodesk Ireland is seeking a Client Services Specialist to be the frontline support for customers and partners. You will analyze, document, and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional experience, with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office and comfort with remote sessions.

You will communicate across channels, assist with order processing, license fulfilment, sign-in issues, and provide how-to sessions while collaborating with sales and other teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to learn internal applications and platforms used by partners/customers.
• Fluent in English and German and/or French.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have access to purchased software across multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
• Investigate and respond to support needs including orders, account sign-ins, license fulfilment and related requests.
• Provide knowledge on Autodesk Account features and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient service solutions.
• Act as liaison with various departments and drive process improvements.
