Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Client Services Specialist in Ireland to provide frontline support, analyze and resolve customer requests, and maintain high satisfaction levels. You will work with Windows and Microsoft Office, communicating effectively, and contribute to training and knowledge-base updates.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German and/or French.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work varying shifts and OT.
• Ability to learn internal applications and platforms used by customers.
• Experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Autodesk customers have access to purchased software and troubleshoot when needed.
• Communicate with customers/partners via phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain high levels of customer/partner satisfaction.
• Handle orders, presales inquiries, account sign-in, license fulfillment and other support requests.
• Provide remote guidance and run training sessions on Account features.
