Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading a multi-site or group structure at GM or equivalent level.
• Demonstrable P&L ownership at scale.
• Track record of building, mentoring and holding to account a senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-company P&L, forecasting and capital allocation.
• Standardise SOPs, pricing discipline and service delivery.
• Lead the sales strategy with a focus on recurring revenue.
