Job summary

The Panel is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a multi-site Electrical Services/Lighting portfolio. You will own P&L, drive performance across diverse businesses, and work closely with finance and operations to deliver measurable growth.

This hands-on leader will build strong teams and accelerate expansion in a growth-focused environment. The role requires a strategic, operational mindset with proven results in budgeting, pricing, and implementing lean improvements across multiple

Qualifications

Proven experience as General Manager, Managing Director or Operations Director with full P&L accountability.
Strong commercial and financial capability, including budgets, margins and pricing.
Hands-on leadership across operations, production and customer-facing environments.
Experience driving business improvement through lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
Ability to lead change and manage priorities in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Take full P&L responsibility for the division and lead the leaders across each business.
Create a practical operating rhythm with KPI tracking and action follow-up.
Work with finance to review budgets, pricing, margins and working capital.
Improve operational performance by strengthening processes and tackling logistics issues.
Drive growth, enable lean improvements, and oversee integration of acquisitions.
