Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking a General Manager to oversee branches in Mullingar, Dublin, Cork, and Wicklow. The role involves managing the multi-company P&L, leading sales strategies, and ensuring compliance across all sites.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-site leadership role, with a proven track record in P&L management and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. A relevant degree is preferred.

This is a Mullingar based role and will oversee branches within the group. Those branches are based in Dublin, Cork and Wicklow

• Own the multi-company P&L, forecasting and capital allocation
• Standardise SOPs, pricing discipline and service delivery
• Lead the sales strategy, with particular focus on recurring revenue
• Build major client, supplier and stakeholder relationships at the level the platform demands
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security and AHJ regulation across every site
• Champion HSEQ culture
• Identify, evaluate and integrate acquisitions in the detection and security space.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 5 years leading a multi-site or group structure at GM or equivalent level
• Demonstrable P&L ownership at scale
• Track record of building, mentoring and holding to account a senior leadership team
• M&A integration and B2B major-account management experience

Desirable

• Degree in business, engineering or related discipline
• Lean / operational excellence background
• Experience driving a digital operating platform across multiple businesses.
• Experience within fire, safety or security industries
