Zusammenfassung

Hollybank Trustees Ltd seeks a Facilities Manager (Multi-Site) to oversee six care home sites across Wexford, Waterford and South Carlow. You will lead maintenance operations, ensure compliance and manage contractors with autonomy.

Reporting to Operations and Estate Managers, you will optimise MaintainX use, drive improvements in service delivery, and manage budgets for a safe, compliant and well-maintained estate.

Qualifikationen

• Qualification in facilities management, building services, engineering or construction-related field.
• At least 2 years' facilities management experience, ideally multi-site.

Aufgaben

• Lead maintenance operations across six care home sites in Wexford, Waterford and South Carlow.
• Ensure repairs are completed within the response times per policy.
• Maintain compliance programmes and inspection readiness (HIQA, HSA, fire, insurer).
• Manage maintenance software (MaintainX) and monitor KPI performance.
• Oversee contractor performance, permits, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Manage facilities budgets and support lifecycle planning.
