Job summary

Virtue Integrated Care is seeking a Facilities Manager (Multi-Site) to lead maintenance operations across six care home sites in the South and South East. You will manage compliance, budgets and contractor performance, reporting to the Operations & Estate Manager.

You will work with Directors of Nursing and facilities teams, using MaintainX to drive service delivery and safety, ensuring residents live in safe, well-maintained environments.

Qualifications

• Qualification in facilities management, building services, engineering or construction.
• At least 2 years' facilities management experience, ideally with multi-site.
• Contractor management experience, including permits and risk assessments; budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across six care home sites.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA, HSA, fire authority and insurer inspections.
• Manage MaintainX system and monitor KPI performance.
• Oversee contractor performance and risk assessments.
• Manage facilities budgets and drive cost efficiency.
