Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in hospitality management in multi-outlet or visitor attraction settings.
• Experience managing seasonal hospitality teams.
• Proven ability to drive operational and commercial performance.
• Experience delivering events, functions and high-volume seasonal trade.
• Ability to identify and deliver revenue growth opportunities.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing hospitality staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Gracys Restaurant, Café, and Food Trucks.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and consistent brand standards.
• Manage seasonal staffing and rostering to meet demand.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, WHS, and licensing requirements.
• Monitor stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
