Responsibilities

• Tend to guests promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Promote sales and encourage restaurant reservations.
• Operate the POS and property management systems, ensuring billing accuracy.
• Assist restaurant manager in hiring and training team members.
• Maintain high service quality and efficient operations.
• Help achieve team targets and manage budget as set by senior management.
• Support adherence to revenue, cost and margins.
