Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd. is seeking a Catering Assistant for an on-site role at our Dublin location. You will assist in service, maintain hygiene and cleanliness, and ensure smooth operation of food service areas in line with HACCP standards.

The role emphasises high personal standards, strong customer relations, and a proactive approach to food preparation and service. Permanent, full-time position with opportunities to develop culinary skills within a hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High personal standards and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP.
• Keen interest in developing food preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
• Preparation of service area and/or service points.
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations always.
• To always present an image conducive to good customer relations.
• Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.
• Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s equal opportunity policy.
