Prosperous Financial is seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our growing mortgage team. You will provide personalised advice to new and existing clients, guiding them through the mortgage journey and ensuring compliant, completed applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a mortgage broker.
• Target driven with an excellent track record.
• Full understanding of the Irish regulatory landscape for mortgages.
• Proven experience guiding customers to completion.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mortgage advice and guide clients to suitable solutions.
• Conduct financial assessments of income and obligations.
• Oversee mortgage process from preparation to submission.
• Liaise with lenders and internal teams to ensure smooth journey.
• Ensure applications comply with regulations.
• Develop and optimise mortgage & life business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM and manage new business pipeline.
• Partner with Mortgage Manager to refine practices.
