Job summary

Prosperous Financial is seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our growing mortgage team. You will provide personalised advice to new and existing clients, guiding them through the mortgage journey and ensuring compliant, completed applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a mortgage broker.
• Target driven with an excellent track record.
• Full understanding of the Irish regulatory landscape for mortgages.
• Proven experience guiding customers to completion.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

About The Role:

Prosperous Financial are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our growing mortgage team. Our innovative Keys supports a diverse range of clients – from first time buyers and switchers to those with complex financial scenarios – ensuring tailored support at every stage of the mortgage journey. You will work with both new and existing clients, providing personalised advice and driving exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert mortgage advice, clearly communicating options and guiding clients toward the most suitable mortgage solutions
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to evaluate clients' income and financial obligations to determine the best mortgage options
• Oversee the full mortgage process, from internal preparation to application submission and provider engagement to ensure smooth and efficient progress
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients lenders and in-house mortgage administration team throughout the mortgage completion process to ensure a seamless mortgage journey from initial engagement to completion
• Ensuring client applications are complete and in compliance with regulations, policies and procedures
• Identify, develop and optimise mortgage & life business opportunities through internal and external client referrals and self-generated business
• Maintain and manage the relevant CRM system and proactively manage the new business pipeline and referral records
• Partner with the Mortgage Manager to continuously refine and improve internal mortgage practices

Skills And Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a mortgage broker
• Target driven with an excellent track record
• Full understanding of the Irish regulatory landscape for mortgages
• Proven experience supporting customers in both a proactive and reactive environment to ensure mortgage applications are successful
• Demonstrated success in converting applications to completions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to deliver information with clarity
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments
