The successful candidate will drive sales targets, enhance customer experience, and support the development of the mortgage sales function, working in a hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes proactive, responsive customer support across digital and remote channels, with collaboration across sales, product and credit teams.

Qualifications

• End-to-end mortgage experience in a brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulation and compliance.
• Experience coordinating with credit teams to progress applications.
• Proven track record delivering application-to-completion targets.
• Ability to work effectively within a target-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion and drawdown.
• Provide proactive and responsive support to customers via digital and remote channels.
• Achieve agreed conversion and completion targets through effective pipeline management.
• Prepare detailed credit assessments to support underwriting decisions.
• Work collaboratively with sales, product, and credit teams to improve processes and outcomes.
• Identify and resolve process challenges in partnership with management.
• Generate additional business through personal networks alongside company-provided leads.
• Report performance and progress against objectives.
