Tirlán invites graduates to join our Milk Supply Team in Kilkenny, combining time at our collaboration hub in Abbey Quarter with periods of travel across the catchment area. This two-year development programme aims to build confidence and capability in agribusiness.

You will gain experience across milk quality, supplier engagement, and project work with Agribusiness, Transport and Q&C, with opportunities to improve processes and advance your career within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifikationen

• A high academic record with a 2.2 honours in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or related field.
• Ambition to progress in a career within agribusiness.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

Aufgaben

• Gain experience across the Milk Supply Function, including on-farm milk quality and regulatory compliance.
• Work with the Milk Supply Manager team on farmer engagement and problem solving.
• Develop technical knowledge of the dairy industry and contribute to project work with other functions.
• Own and improve processes with support from the Regional Manager.
• Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and reporting.
