Job summary

Tirlán invites graduates to join our Agribusiness team as part of a two-year graduate development programme. Roles combine retail branch presence and road sales to customers, reporting to area managers across regions.

Located in our south, east and west regions, these positions support Agribusiness growth objectives while offering exposure to business development, customer service, and logistics in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High academic record to date in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or related discipline; expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree.
• Strong technical knowledge and customer-facing/retail experience is an advantage.
• Ambition to progress in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• You’ll gain experience across the Agribusiness category to include business development, branch and direct customer sales, farm development / advisory while pursuing a career in a challenging and fast-moving environment.
• You will advance your technical experience by working closely with the wider agribusiness commercial teams, gaining the skills and confidence to develop our business through new sales and innovation.
• You will develop areas ranging from on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory and project management.
• Work on aspects of our retail operations and managements, customer service, people management, category management and logistics

Tirlán is offering unique opportunities for graduates to join our Agribusiness team as an Agribusiness Associates. These roles will be a combination of being based in a retail branch, and on the road sales to customers as business managers.

Located in our south, east and west regions, these roles will report to an area/regional manager, and these roles will support the delivery of our Agribusiness growth objectives.
