Kinisla is inviting graduates to join its two-year Graduate Programme, a permanent, full-time role commencing September 2027. You will gain hands-on engineering experience across the dairy operations, with formal learning, mentoring and cross-functional projects from day one.

Designed to develop future leaders, the programme offers off-the-job learning, real responsibility and opportunities to contribute to live projects while rotating across operations, supply chain, and quality teams at sites

Qualifications

• Degree with at least a 2:1 in Engineering or related discipline.
• Interest in a career in Engineering within FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Curious, open to learning and receptive to feedback.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and prioritises effectively.
• Able to influence, listen and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ambitious and eager to challenge the status quo.
• Willing to work across different sites and functions.
• Eligible to work permanently in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain safe production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Food Safety & Quality, Health & Safety and Operations to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and automation systems.
• Participate in capital projects, including equipment upgrades and facility enhancements.
• Applying lean manufacturing principles and data-led decision-making to improve performance.
• Building practical knowledge of dairy technologies and processes, including pasteurisation and cheese production.
• Developing a strong understanding of Kinisla's product portfolio and its application across retail and foodservice channels.
