Job summary

You will work with Contract Managers, review contracts, and contribute to commercial reporting. The position requires 4+ years of related experience, strong IT and communication skills, and a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
• 4+ years in a similar role with an electrical contractor.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial status of projects with Contract Managers.
• Review project contracts and prepare commercial reports.
• Negotiate with contractors on variations and changes.
• Manage major subcontractor accounts from award to final account.
• Assist Senior QS with monthly progress applications.
• Perform other duties as required for the role.
