Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment Ireland is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to maintain and advance Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies across the organization. You will work with engineering, operations, security and business groups to promote scalable, secure collaboration services and governance.

The role suits someone organized, analytical and adaptable who thrives in Agile settings and can drive improvements in processes and runbooks while coordinating across teams to deliver outcomes

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years providing support for Microsoft 365 technologies in a corporate setting.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience working within enterprise ITSM settings such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of identity and access governance principles including RBAC, MFA, PIM, and Conditional Access.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and collaborator coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 operational initiatives, governance efforts, and platform improvements across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Entra ID.
• Analyze ticket trends and recurring issues to find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and improve runbooks, knowledge articles, process documentation, and operational procedures.
• Support identity and access governance activities including RBAC, MFA, PIM, role assignments, and access reviews.
• Coordinate intake, tracking, and documentation of Microsoft 365 integration requests and operational workflows.
