Job summary
Force Recruitment and Outsourcing is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to drive growth of a microscopy and specialist laboratory solutions portfolio across Ireland. This customer-facing role blends technical expertise with consultative selling to support researchers, clinicians and procurement teams.
You will promote advanced microscopy systems, imaging solutions and related lab technologies, build relationships across universities and hospitals, deliver demonstrations, manage the pipeline in
Qualifications
- Third-level qualification in Life Sciences or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years in technical sales or lab-based roles.
- Strong understanding of laboratory environments across research settings.
- Familiarity with microscopy and imaging workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales across microscopy and specialist lab solutions.
- Identify new opportunities across academia, biotech and hospitals.
- Build relationships with researchers, clinicians and procurement teams.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide technical solutions and CRM-based pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and product launches.
