Force Recruitment and Outsourcing is recruiting a Technical Sales Consultant to drive growth of a specialist Microscopy and Laboratory Solutions portfolio across Ireland. This customer-facing role combines technical expertise with consultative selling and relationship management with researchers, lab managers, clinicians and procurement teams.

You will promote microscopy systems, imaging solutions and associated lab technologies, while delivering product demonstrations and maintaining a robust

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in technical sales or laboratory-based roles.
• Strong understanding of laboratory environments in clinical or life science research.
• Experience selling microscopy or specialist laboratory instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across Microscopy and Specialist Laboratory Solutions portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across academia, clinical laboratories, biotechnology and research institutes.
• Build strong relationships with researchers, laboratory managers, clinicians, professors and procurement teams.
• Deliver customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Provide technical advice and application support relating to microscopy and lab workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinars and product launches.
• Contribute to territory planning and wider commercial strategy.
