Job summary

Currie & Brown in Dublin is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will work with our directors to deliver first-class cost consultancy across public and private sector projects, building strong client relationships and shaping how we work.

You will prepare Bills of Quantities for M&E works, manage project costs, and support pre- and post-contract activities. The role offers development opportunities, exposure to Irish public sector M&E procurement, and a clear path for

Qualifications

  • A BSc in quantity surveying, or similar.
  • SCSI membership, or working towards it.
  • At least two years in technical delivery.
  • Experience of Irish public sector M&E procurement, using PW-CF1 and PW-CF5.
  • A firm grasp of project cost control, including claims.
  • Confident client-facing and communication skills.
  • CostX experience is a bonus, though not essential.
  • A full driving licence, and the ability to pass Garda vetting.

Role Overview
Currie & Brown is looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our Dublin team. You'll work alongside our directors to deliver first-class cost consultancy across public and private sector projects. It's a chance to build strong client relationships, share what you know, and help shape how we work.
