Leading Residential Developer is seeking an MEP Coordinator to manage mechanical and electrical services across multiple large-scale residential projects. You will coordinate from design through to installation and final handover, ensuring on-time delivery and high standards.

You will work with construction teams, subcontractors, design consultants, and utility providers, overseeing on-site MEP installations and coordinating service connections with local authorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 4+ years’ experience in M&E coordination.
• Strong understanding of residential M&E systems.
• Proven experience managing service installations from coordination to commissioning.
• Confident working with public utilities and coordinating site services.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

This is a key role responsible for managing the mechanical and electrical services across multiple large-scale residential developments, from design through to installation and final handover.

The MEP Coordinator will work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, design consultants, and utility providers to ensure all MEP systems are delivered on programme and to high quality standards. You will oversee on-site MEP installations, liaise with local authorities and utility companies to manage service connections, and support innovation in energy-efficient systems and best-in-class residential building services.
