Job summary

CPL Healthcare is assisting a member organisation in recruiting outbound customer call agents in Dublin. You will engage with an existing client base to upsell memberships and benefits in the utilities and telecom space.

In this office-based role, you’ll contact members, meet personal targets, and contribute to sales campaigns from 9-5, Monday to Friday. The package includes a €29k base salary with a €37k OTE in year one, 25 days holidays, a subsidised canteen, and a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Contact all members and acknowledge membership and available support.
• Complete outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Establish and meet member needs, quote products, and demonstrate value and savings.
• Achieve personal targets and KPIs across multiple areas.
• Collaborate with the team leader and wider team to deliver on sales campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain CRM database of member contact and services, log queries and pass to relevant departments.
• Uphold high standards in member engagement, calls, CRM administration, service and delivery.

Job description

My client, a member organisation, is looking to hire a number of outbound customer call agents. Working with an existing client base, these are warm calls to upsell on attractive products within the utilities and telecom space.

The Member Services Customer Call Agent will be responsible for maintaining the existing member relationships while developing the opportunities to recommend and apply the membership benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all members are contacted and acknowledged for their membership and support available to them by the association
• Completing the outbound calls and responding to inbound enquiries
• Establish and meet member needs, recommending appropriate products, providing quotations and demonstrating great value and savings
• Achievement of personal targets and KPI’s across a number of different areas
• Work closely with the team leader and wider team to achieve overall objectives and deliver on sales campaigns and promotions
• Focus on member relationships, management and update of CRM database of member contact and services, logging queries and passing to relevant departments
• Maintenance of high quality standards in the area of member engagement in relation to calls, CRM administration, service and delivery
