Job summary

Trump International Doonbeg is seeking a Member Concierge to deliver personalised, high‑level concierge services for our members and residents. You will craft detailed itineraries, coordinate golf, transport, dining, and activities, and manage bookings across Opera and Lightspeed systems.

Role requires excellent communication, strong organisation, and a proactive, customer‑centric approach. Weekend and after-hours shifts are part of the summer roster in a luxurious 5-star environment.

Qualifications

• Active listening to understand member and resident needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Highly computer literate with office systems proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in 5-star hospitality is an advantage.
• Positive, cheerful and courteous demeanour.
• Flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with members and residents and pre-plan golfing and leisure activities.
• Provide comprehensive, personalised itineraries including accommodation, golf, transport, dining and activities.
• Book accommodation on the Opera system.
• Book tee times on Lightspeed.
• Book transportation with providers.
• Prepare arrivals reports.
• Deliver impeccable, 5-star in-house concierge service to all members.
• Book reciprocal bookings in other Trump Properties.
• Keep concierge information updated and filed correctly.
• Assist with member-related tournaments and events.
• Prepare function sheets and table plans for events.
• Prepare invoices for members.
• Have a good understanding of Google Documents.
• Take on specific projects as designated by the Member Services Director.
• Work weekends, early mornings or late evenings as part of the roster (summer season).
