Job summary

Trump International Doonbeg is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function, ensure compliance with Irish law, and partner with department heads to support a premium hospitality operation.

This role oversees recruitment, staff relations, records, and HR reporting in a 5-star hotel setting, with potential for professional development within a resort known for its award-winning hospitality.

Fluent English required; hotel experience is preferred and advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in HR or related discipline.
• CIPD qualification desirable.
• At least 4 years HR experience; management experience desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Experience in a hotel environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations of the HR department.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Handling employee relations and guiding line managers on ER matters.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment law.
• Maintain staff records and HR systems (HRIS familiarity preferred).
• Support internal communications and employee recognition initiatives.
• Assist with HR reporting and audits.
• Partner with Director of HR on policy development and implementation.
• Continuous improvement of HR operations to support the business.
