Job summary

Adare Manor in Ireland invites applications for the position of Concierge within our Front of House team. The Concierge team are ambassadors, guiding guests from arrival to departure with expert knowledge and personalised service.

You will craft tailored itineraries, coordinate activities with on-site teams and partners, and create bespoke recommendations drawing on local dining and attractions. The role requires warm, organised, and proactive hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

• Warm, engaging, and guest-focused

• Strong communicators with a passion for guest experiences
• Proactive, resourceful, and driven to go beyond
• Experience in Front of House or guest service roles preferred
• Excellent knowledge of local restaurants, shops, attractions and activities

Responsibilities

• Work within one of Europe’s most elegant and breath‑taking lobbies, blending historic manor with a five‑star experience.
• Assist guests pre-arrival by planning tailored itineraries and communicating details to relevant departments.
• Create bespoke recommendations based on local attractions, dining options, and experiences for varied guest profiles.
• Coordinate all on-site activities for guests, liaising with on-property teams and external partners.
• Address guest queries, comments, and special requests with timely follow-up and seamless communication.
• Support the Front of House team in daily operations as required.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate hoteliers to deliver arrival and departure experiences that go beyond everything.
