Talbot Hotel Stillorgan is seeking an organized and passionate Meetings & Events Coordinator to join our team. The role reports to the Senior Meeting & Events Coordinator and the Sales & Marketing Manager, delivering exceptional friendly service to every guest as part of the Talbot Collection ethos.

The successful candidate will manage bookings for meetings, weddings and events, respond promptly to enquiries, liaise with departments to fulfil requirements and drive revenue while maintaining high

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a 4* hotel.
• Experience using a PMS; HotSoft is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Take bookings for meetings, weddings and events with a focus on maximizing revenue.
• Handle guest queries related to meetings and events bookings.
• Confirm details in writing with clients and ensure payment terms.
• Show facilities to clients and provide information to secure bookings.
• Coordinate with departments and managers to pass on special requests.
• Assist with function sheets/menus and full booking cycle from enquiry to billing.
• Target sales calls to corporate bookers and liaise with reception and accounts for billing.
• Attend wedding fairs and trade shows as required.
