Job summary

Talbot Hotel Cork, part of the Talbot Collection, is seeking a Commercial Sales & E-Commerce Executive to grow direct revenue and manage digital campaigns. The role covers sales administration, website/e-commerce management, social media activity, and Meetings & Events coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, sales administration or related areas; hospitality experience is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; proficient with MS Office, CRMs and digital platforms.
• Experience managing website content, booking engines, social media scheduling, analytics and email marketing is desirable.
• Commitment to confidentiality, GDPR and hotel procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support e-commerce, website and social media management; maintain accurate offers, pricing and links.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions and guest experiences; respond to digital enquiries promptly.
• Log enquiries, prepare quotations, contracts and sales documentation; track follow-ups and conversions.
• Produce weekly/monthly sales and pipeline reports; ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, F&B, Leisure and Events teams to maximise revenue.
