Talbot Hotel Stillorgan is recruiting for Conference and Banqueting Assistants to join the team. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service in food and beverage areas, ensuring correct mise-en-place and greeting guests warmly. Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential, with emphasis on high-volume service and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication are required.
• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star property is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in high-volume/fast-paced environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and serve drinks and food efficiently.
• Be aware of daily menu items and drinks.
• Deliver friendly service in line with Talbot Collection standards.
• Adhere to fire, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Upsell Talbot products and services where possible.
• Liaise closely with kitchen.
• Prepare waiting areas for service.
• Create a welcoming guest environment.
