Job summary

Premier Surgical in Limerick is looking for an Order Processing & Stock Administrator to manage order lifecycle and stock management. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ideally with 2+ years experience in a similar administrative position.

The candidate will coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and stock levels, making an impactful contribution in a growing medical devices business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a process-driven administrative role.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-critical tasks.
• Experience in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare supply.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle from order receipt to delivery.
• Process customer orders using the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through reconciliation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Handle customer queries related to orders and availability.
