Medical Consultant – Clinical Transformation Projects

An exciting opportunity suited to an experienced Medical Consultant who has proven success leading the implementation of transformation / process improvements / Information systems implementation projects while taking full responsibility for patient safety in design and implementation.

This important role in the Hospital reports directly to the CMO and takes full accountability for clinical and patient safety on the project.

Responsible for ensuring the needs of the Hospital workforce, patient care and clinical safety are paramount whilst taking advantage of technology advances to improve the collection and access to information.

You will lead cross functional teams and you should have the ability to motivate other clinicians on the journey of change and improvement.

You should be a motivational leader with in-depth Consultant level experience, expert knowledge of workflows in acute Hospitals and experience driving cross functional transformation projects – ideally involving new IT systems / EHR.
