Job summary

S3 Connected Health is a Dublin-based digital health company focused on remote patient monitoring, medication adherence, and patient engagement. We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams across software/firmware development and ensure quality, regulatory, and project success.

You will coordinate requirements, development, verification and validation, and market launch while maintaining stakeholder communications. Fluency in English is essential for this international team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 10+ years’ experience in people and complex project management/execution.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and PM processes.
• Pro-active, open, teamwork approach.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver world-class solutions from concept through market launch.
• Monitor all aspects of project development and execution.
• Ensure compliance with ISO13485, IEC62304, and ISO14971.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory issues, particularly Medical Device related.
• Focus on software/firmware reliability and rigorous regression testing.
• Manage day-to-day activities of project team members and serve as primary customer contact.

As a Connected HealthSeniorProject Manager, you will work with our highly skilled development teams to create state-of-the-art solutions for remote patient monitoring, medication adherence and monitoring, patient support, and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a multidisciplinary project team (or teams) to deliver world-class solutions from the project concept phase through requirements, development, verification and validation, and successful market launch
• Monitoring all aspects of project development
• Project executing according to our standards: ISO13485, IEC62304, and ISO14971
• Maintaining knowledge on all regulatory issues, especially Medical Device related
• Focusing on software/firmware reliability during the development phases of the products, including rigorous regression testing
• Setting and executing functionality/specification, quality, cost, and timing targets
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the project team members
• Acting as the primary customer contact during the project execution phase
• Regular communication to all stakeholders, both internal and external
• Interfacing with customers on project proposals, specifications, and troubleshooting to provide customer satisfaction

Qualifications required:

• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related
• At least 10+ years’ experience in people and complex project management/execution
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and PM processes
• Proven track record of successfully delivered projects and market examples
• Outgoing personality and team player capabilities
• Knowledge of professional software development cycle
• Medical or clinical domain awareness
• Pro-active, open, teamwork approach
• Fluent spoken and written English

Any of the following is a distinct advantage:

• Project Management certifications
• Experience in Medical Device project development
